BEST RAMEN IN TAMPA. VERY similar recipes to the ramen place that closed called Ichicoro. I recommend the shoyu ramen, karaage, and abura soba on the day to day menu. They run specials sometimes on the weekends or do small popups with other businesses. There BEST weekend special in my opinion was the bacon egg and cheese ramen, from the brunch menu. I keep up with their Instagram stories to make sure I don't miss out when it is offered. The location itself is inside the jug and bottle. It is a cute little bar. They have a line right by the kitchen door to walk up and order. The staff are so polite and very friendly. The gentlemen with the beard in the kitchen usually takes my order and brings it to the table. He always has phenomenal customer service. There is seating inside at the bar or at a couple high-top tables and there are a few patio tables outside. They offer free self serve water and the bar has a LARGE selection of drinks as well. The food always comes out under ten minutes.

This place is a bit hidden, tucked away in a bar. I ordered the vegan ramen, which came in a plastic bowl. The price was $18 for the ramen, which was a bit steep. They also served some kind of truffle butter on the side, but I couldn’t quite figure out why the broth was already oily. The flavor was okay, but the silverware was also plastic, which didn’t help the overall experience. Overall, it didn’t justify the price or the location.

Ichicoro is back! The partners and employees are in a togo style only spot inside Jug and Bottle wine shop (which is also super cool). The menu is small but it has all of the original favorites and they taste as good as they did in 2019! Stop in and show some love so they can grow into a full service restaurant again!

Such a unique experience- a traditional ramen spot tucked away inside of a Seminole Heights beer & wine store. Jug & Bottle is just as awesome! Ichi Koroshi houses the must unassuming chef inspired menu. Ramen, rice bowls, karaage, tofu dishes- fried pickle ramen! Trust me- this is the unassuming dining experience you didn’t know you were missing out on! Run don’t walk!! Tell them Tampafoodmom sent you!!

Stopped by on Memorial Day on a whim and do not regret it! Food was served quickly! Fresh, deliciously seasoned ingredients and a noodle bowl that packed a punch! Karaage was fried perfectly crunchy outside and juicy delicious on the inside. I enjoyed it at the bar, but there’s also seating outdoors on their closed-in patio. The noodle bar is located inside Jug and Bottle meaning there’s a fantastic wine and beer selection! Will definitely be back with some close friends who will ensure this stays a loved hidden gem!
